Welcome to the signing of this "User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") with JUXINCAI LIMITED, and to using our services!

Once registration is complete, it indicates that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this Agreement and have reached an agreement with KameyMall to become a "user" of KameyMall. Users of KameyMall (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you") and KameyMall (hereinafter referred to as "JUXINCAI LIMITED" or "we") have reached this User Service Agreement and voluntarily accept and comply with all service agreements, related rules, and management norms of KameyMall. If you disagree with this Agreement or any of its terms during the reading process, you should immediately stop the registration procedure.

(Article 1) Service Content
1.1 KameyMall, through the KameyMall application, displays various products sold by third-party sellers to users and provides entrusted purchasing services to users.
1.2 Users have the right to browse products on KameyMall, obtain product information provided by KameyMall, place orders through KameyMall, and pay for products. When users select a product and pay for it, it is deemed as entrusting KameyMall to purchase the product on their behalf. Additionally, based on the user's choice, paid additional value-added services such as reinforcement services are provided.
1.3 KameyMall is a purchasing platform that provides users with information on products that can be purchased on their behalf and completes the procurement, transportation, and other services for the selected products based on user choices.
1.4 Users have the right to participate in activities organized by KameyMall according to the activity rules published by KameyMall and other services promised to users by KameyMall.
1.5 The specific content and procedures of KameyMall services are detailed in the "Help Center."
1.6 The product pages on KameyMall provide an online automatic translation function. The translation results are for reference only and cannot be used as a basis for purchase. KameyMall does not assume any responsibility for any losses caused by purchasing based on the translation results. Everything is subject to the original Chinese text. Once a purchase is made, the user cannot request a return on the grounds of not understanding the Chinese meaning, misreading, or omission.
1.7 Products ordered by users on the KameyMall platform are procured by JUXINCAI LIMITED. from various well-known e-commerce platforms in China (such as 1688, Tmall, JD.com, Taobao, Pinduoduo, Weidian, etc.) and entrusted to send to the KameyMall warehouse.
(Article 2) User Qualifications
2.1 You need to have your own KameyMall account to use this service. You may use this service based on your agreement to and compliance with the content of this Agreement.
2.2 You must be an adult and have full civil capacity. If you are under 18, you can only use this service with the participation of your parents or guardians.
2.3 Users are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of their registration information on KameyMall. After successful registration, the user account and password are the responsibility of the user, and the user is responsible for all activities and events that occur under their KameyMall account and password. If a user finds that their KameyMall account is used by an unauthorized third party or there are other account security issues, they should immediately notify KameyMall effectively, request KameyMall to suspend the service of the KameyMall account, and report to the public security authorities in a timely manner. KameyMall has the right to take action on the user's requests within a reasonable time but does not assume any responsibility for losses suffered by the user before taking action.
2.4 Users who use the same phone number, device, ID information, email, payment account, or the same shipping address for registration are considered as "the same user." KameyMall has the right to merge the rights of these different accounts (including but not limited to issued coupons, membership points, etc.).
(Article 3) Orders
3.1 After registering as a KameyMall user, you can place orders on KameyMall. You should have the capacity and ability to purchase related products. If you are under 18, you can only use it with the participation of your parents or guardians. When you place an order, it is deemed that you meet the above conditions.
3.2 The product and price information displayed on KameyMall is only an invitation to offer. When you place an order through KameyMall, you need to fill in the quantity of the product you wish to purchase, the recipient's name, contact information, shipping address, and other content, based on which the system generates an offer. Filling in this information means you authorize KameyMall to disclose this information to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement. KameyMall has the right to reasonably determine whether to confirm the entrusted purchasing service contract with you based on factors such as whether the product is still available and the authenticity and rationality of the transaction; if KameyMall does not accept your offer, and you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
3.3 If the product in your order is out of stock or has a price marking error, KameyMall will notify you before purchasing and cancel the order. You also have the right to cancel the order yourself. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
(Article 4) Payment and Delivery
4.1 Users should complete the payment of the price through the online payment methods as prompted on the payment page. Before the user pays for the product/service, and before KameyMall accepts the product sales/service contract, the user has no right to request KameyMall to provide the product/service.
4.2 The logistics service designated by KameyMall will be responsible for delivering the product to the shipping address you specify or delivering the service to you in the promised manner. All delivery times listed on KameyMall are reference times. The reference time is estimated based on inventory status, normal processing procedures, and shipping locations. This does not constitute a commitment by KameyMall to the delivery time.
4.3 Users understand and agree that the sales entity for products directly mailed from China is a Chinese seller and cannot provide foreign invoices. Since the service fee, transfer fee, shipping fee, etc., are charged/collected by KameyMall’s JUXINCAI LIMITED. and specific services are provided, these fees cannot provide foreign invoices.
4.4 If the user confirms the order, it is deemed to accept the delivery method and time arrangement. If there are any questions, users can consult KameyMall online customer service at any time.
4.5 KameyMall does not assume responsibility for delayed or undelivered orders caused by the following situations:
(1) Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user;
(2) No one to sign for the product upon delivery, leading to failed or delayed delivery;
(3) Changes in circumstances;
(4) Force majeure, such as natural disasters, traffic restrictions, government or judicial actions, accidental traffic accidents, strikes, regulatory policy changes, terrorist events, robberies, violent crimes, sudden wars, etc.
4.6 Damage Claim Process: If you receive a damaged package or find that part of the package's contents is missing, you should ask the delivery person to note the situation on the delivery receipt, and send a photo of the delivery receipt, damaged product, a complete unboxing video, or photos of the package contents, along with details, to KameyMall customer service. KameyMall customer service will handle the claim for you. If there are no notes on the delivery receipt, it is considered as normal delivery completion. In such a case, KameyMall cannot process the claim due to the inability to determine responsibility with the delivery person. Please understand.

(Article 5) Refund Policy
5.1 Issues with Returns and Exchanges: Since KameyMall provides purchasing agent services, the responsibility for product quality lies with the product seller, and the cross-border nature of the goods presents unique circumstances. KameyMall does not offer any return or exchange services. Please understand this; if you do not accept it, please stop registering and do not purchase products through KameyMall.
5.2 Issues with Product Discrepancies: The product images provided by KameyMall are sourced from the seller's website and are for reference only. If there is a color or size discrepancy between the actual product and the images, the actual product will prevail. KameyMall does not accept return requests based on such discrepancies.
5.3 Refunds: After successfully paying for the goods, the user has the right to request a refund from KameyMall under the following circumstances:
(1) After successful payment, if due to force majeure or reasons not attributable to the user, KameyMall is unable to purchase the product on behalf of the user, and this is verified by KameyMall;
(2) After successful payment, if changes in circumstances require KameyMall to alter the contract's contents, and the user does not accept the altered content.
5.4 If the user has actually accepted or used the product, they are not entitled to request a refund from KameyMall.
5.5 Once a refund is confirmed, the amount will be returned to the user's payment account via the original payment method. Users can consult the relevant payment platform for the refund progress.
5.6 If the order includes payment in whole or in part using points, coupons, or vouchers, these discounts will be returned in the corresponding form after you return the product. In cases of returns, refunds, or transaction cancellations, the original usage rules and validity periods will apply when returning points, coupons, or vouchers to the user's account. If they are expired or do not meet the issuance or usage conditions at the time of return, these points, coupons, or vouchers will automatically become invalid, and KameyMall will not reissue or compensate for them. (Value-added services already provided will not be refunded.)
The platform will not provide refunds in the following circumstances.
(2) If the package is stolen or lost after delivery for some reason.
(3) For products related to non-insurable categories, prohibited or restricted delivery items.
(4) If the mailed items violate restrictions or regulations or are confiscated or handled according to relevant laws and regulations by the competent authorities, and international mail is detained, confiscated, or destroyed by the competent authorities of the destination country according to its national laws.
(5) If the package is damaged or lost due to the customer's responsibility, intentional behavior, or reasons related to the product itself.
(6) Other situations where compensation cannot be claimed.
(7) We are not responsible for any loss, shortage, damage, or delay in mail delivery caused by reasons not attributable to us or any indirect loss or unrealized benefits.

(Article 6) Trade Rules
(1) Ownership and Risk of Loss
Delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the buyer, after which the risk of loss or damage shall pass to the buyer. Any claims by the buyer for damages during transit or delivery should be made directly to the carrier. Any claims by the buyer against KameyMall for shortages or damage prior to delivery must be made within five (5) days of receiving the goods. Despite the transfer of risk to the buyer, ownership and possession of the goods sold herein remain with KameyMall until all payments, including deferred payment evidenced by notes or otherwise, interest, and carrying charges, have been fully paid. The buyer agrees to take all necessary actions to perfect and maintain KameyMall's rights and ownership. Notwithstanding the above provisions, if any statutory provision at the national or state legislative level conflicts with this article, the statutory provision shall prevail.
(2) Pricing in Different Currencies
KameyMall offers the convenience of different currencies for your shopping. Under normal operations and unless there are significant fluctuations in currency values, pricing errors are minimal.
(3) Typographical Errors
Each item sold on our website includes a product description and/or reference link. You are responsible for verifying the information and content related to the item you intend to purchase through the provided information and/or links before placing any order. We assume you fully understand the details of the item you are purchasing when you place an order, as we are not responsible for any after-sales issues arising from misunderstandings of the relevant information and content on the website. Despite KameyMall's efforts to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. KameyMall can only confirm the price of an item after you place an order. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to pricing or product information errors, KameyMall has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If the item's pricing is incorrect, KameyMall may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
(4) Order Acceptance
This is an example of KameyMall's offer and acceptance. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your shopping cart. The next step will be to process the order and payment. For this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, indicating or verifying the information requested at each step. Additionally, during the purchase process and before payment, you can modify the order details. Both you and KameyMall are legally bound once the order is finalized. Situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If all or any part of your order is canceled, or if additional information is needed to accept your order, KameyMall will contact you.
(5) Payment
If you are a registered user, you can view the record of all orders you have placed in the "My Orders" section. You can use the following cards as payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, online banking, etc. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card details will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we will request a pre-authorization on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Please note that we do not store or retain any financial transaction information. Your card service provider or financial supporter will retain such information. For example, when you click "Pay Now," you confirm that the credit card is yours. The credit card must be verified and authorized by the issuing institution. If the entity does not authorize the payment, we are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver, and we cannot complete any transaction or enter into a contract with you.

The products you purchase through the KameyMall APP are all commissioned by us to purchase on your behalf in China. After we procure from Chinese sellers, we handle shipping procedures for you.
By commissioning us to purchase products in China, you form a direct buying relationship with the Chinese seller, which may not directly apply to the laws of the People's Republic of China. Moreover, since you commission us to purchase on a Chinese e-commerce platform, you must accept the relevant agreements of that platform, which may involve foreign laws and agreements. Therefore, we especially remind you that all products we display are subject to the return mechanisms of different domestic e-commerce platforms.
If disputes arise due to product quality issues, we can negotiate on your behalf with the Chinese seller, but we, as the purchasing agent, cannot guarantee product quality and cannot be held liable for compensation.
As we handle shipping for you directly after purchasing products in China, we generally do not open the seller's packages. If you have concerns, you can opt for a paid unpacking service where our staff will open the package for you.
Since the products are directly purchased from China, they may have Chinese labels. You can view the Chinese electronic labels or text descriptions of the products on the website.
According to relevant laws, the Chinese products you purchase are for personal use only and cannot be resold.
The cross-border products you purchase meet the quality, safety, hygiene, environmental protection, labeling, and other standards or technical specifications of the country of origin but may differ from domestic standards. Engaging in fraudulent activities such as redeeming, cashing out, fake transactions, exploiting coupons, reselling coupons, reselling points, or repeatedly participating in promotions;
Infringing on the intellectual property rights, goodwill rights, reputation rights, and other legitimate rights of KameyMall or third parties;
Engaging in fraud or other criminal activities;
Misusing third-party identities to use the service;
Other behaviors that violate laws or the terms of this agreement.

What is the estimated weight?
The estimated weight is the total weight according to which we calculate the shipment fee when you submit your order. When your product enters our warehouse, we will weigh it with its original packing. The weight of the entry record together with the weight of the carton we are going to pack your product with add up to the estimated weight. However, if you choose to remove the original packing when you submit your shipment order, the actual weight of your parcel will differ from the estimated one.
What is the real weight?
We will weigh the parcel after you submit the delivery order and carry out a second weighting on the encapsulation of your item's weight and packaging weight, which is the real weight. The parcel sent abroad needs to go through foreign customs, the customs inspection package basically is the form of a spot check. Kameymall Service Agreement
The ownership and right of operation regarding the electronic services hereunder belong to Kameymall. Subject to the special natures of international logistics, certain parcels may be indicated as “Not passing domestic security checks” in the customs of the country to which Your parcels are delivered, in this regard, Kameymall may arrange the re-delivery free of charge after the parcel is returned. In the event Your parcel has been shipped overseas and is returned due to Not passing international security checks, no recipient, wrong or incomplete address, unsuccessful posting, the fee for re-shipping shall be borne by You.
(6) Parcel Delay Insurance and Compensation
The parcel is deemed delayed after being shipped out but not received by the recipient within the delivery time guaranteed by the insured shipping line on our platform. If the parcel is still not received after the delay, the recipient can request after-sale compensation per Kameymall’s compensation rules, with the allowance refunded to the payment account for this parcel. Delays due to customs, weather, and other Force Majeure incidents are ineligible for compensation.

In the event that Your parcel is lost and You have purchased the parcel insurance with us upon the submission of order, we may provide applicable compensation based on Your insured value. You shall have the knowledge of the prohibited international items and assume any responsibilities for the loss of parcel caused due to certain factors, either subjective or objective.
(8) Receipt of parcel
The normal acknowledge of receipt of the parcel indicates the closure of the whole shipping process. You shall check the outer packing box carefully upon Your signing for acknowledge of receipt, and You may respond to customer service staff immediately for any problems related thereto after the acknowledgement.
(9) After-sales
It’s suggested that You should confirm the receipt of products on the website after receiving the parcel. You may apply for after-sales services within the valid after-sales term thereof if necessary, or otherwise after-sales services may not be provided after the said valid term. The valid after-sales term is calculated based on the delivery days and confirmation of receipt of products.

As we may not provide professional inspection for such commodities, any losses and liabilities incurred therefrom shall be solely borne by You.
As it’s set forth by the sellers on Taobao that the orders with deposits shall not be cancelled and the buyers thereof shall voluntarily follow up the information issued by the sellers to pay off the balance, only after that the commodities may be delivered. The deposits may not be refunded in case the payment for balance is overdue.

4 Responsible for Your Own Acts
You fully understand and agree that you are fully responsible for all acts under your registered account, including any content, comments, likes, recommendations and other actions you post, as well as any consequences arising therefrom. You shall make your own judgment on the content of the service and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including the risks arising from your reliance on the correctness, integrity or practicability of the content. 5 Treatment for Breach of Contract
5.1 If Kameymall finds or receives a report or complaint from others against the user on violation to this Agreement, Kameymall is entitled to remove or obscure relevant content at any time without notice, impose penalties on the violating account including but not limited to warning, restriction or prohibition of the use of some or all of the functions, account banning or cancellation, and announce the results of treatment.
5.2 You understand and agree that Kameymall is entitled to, based on reasonable judgement, penalize any act violating relevant laws and regulations or provisions of this Agreement, take appropriate legal action against any user in violation of laws and regulations, and preserve relevant information in accordance with related laws and regulations to report to relevant departments etc. The user shall bear all the resulting legal responsibilities.
5.3 You understand and agree that you shall be solely liable for any claims, requests or losses arising out of or in connection with your breach of the provisions of this Agreement or relevant terms of the Services. You shall also be liable for the compensation of any losses caused to Kameymall.

1 Kameymall is the intellectual property owner of the software.
