Kameybank Prohibited Terms and Guidelines (Affiliate Merchants and Promoters)

Kameybank believes that merchants, affiliates, and customers will benefit most from its services when there are no other interferences. Therefore, as a merchant or affiliate using Kameybank services, in order to maintain a secure and fair environment for sales and promotion on the platform, you are prohibited from engaging in the following activities.

Failure to comply with these guideline terms may result in the cancellation, suspension, or termination of your use of Kameybank services, as well as Kameybank seeking any other appropriate remedies from you. Kameybank reserves the sole discretion to determine how and when to interpret, apply, and enforce these guidelines.

These guidelines are additional and in no way limit your other obligations specified in the Kameybank client contract. These guidelines are incorporated into the Kameybank client contract, and if the provisions of these guidelines conflict directly with those in the client contract, the provisions in the client contract shall prevail.

Guidelines

The following standards apply to both merchants and affiliates:

1.Cyber Attacks: You may not initiate, participate in, or incite any of the following behaviors:

1）DDos attacks;

2） Attempting to circumvent Kameybank's sales process or divert Kameybank customers to other websites;

3）Unauthorized intrusion or access to any website or page;

4）Any other activity that impedes or hijacks traffic to websites or pages, including but not limited to advertising or promotional messages that encourage or cause customers to leave the Kameybank website or other Kameybank merchant or affiliate websites.

2.False or Misleading Statements: You may not make any false or misleading statements when selling or promoting goods or services. In addition to Kameybank's promotion guidelines, you may not engage in any false or misleading behavior directed at other Kameybank merchants or affiliates, including but not limited to the following:

1）Making false statements in takedown requests;

2）False or baseless claims or cease-and-desist letters;

3） Making false or misleading statements that result in invalid or harassing subpoenas being issued;

4）False purchases made for the purpose of refunds/chargebacks;

5） False reviews of products or services, or any other attempt to manipulate ratings, feedback, or comments.

3.Intellectual Property Infringement: You may not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property of others. In addition to all applicable laws, the following actions are prohibited:

1）Unauthorized use of third-party trademarks;

2）Unauthorized use of third-party copyrighted content or materials;

3）Unauthorized use of banners/images;

4）Bidding on third-party trademarks, including but not limited to search terms.

4.Disruption of Business Processes: You may not disrupt the normal business processes of Kameybank or any of its merchants or affiliates. Unauthorized and prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

1） Cookie stuffing;

2）Keyword stuffing, spam, or any other attempts to disrupt or manipulate search and browsing functions;

3） Unauthorized use of iFrames;

4） Bypassing merchant referral pages.

5.Without approval from the Kameybank compliance team, you may not use Telegram as a promotion, advertising, or other traffic source platform for any Kameybank products.

Kameybank reserves the right to modify, revise, or change these guidelines at any time without notice.

4）All advertising images must be professional and high quality.

This means sellers cannot use false and deceptive statements in their written or video promotions. All specific advertising claims about product performance or quality must be verifiable—meaning they must be based on real examples of actual experiences. Claims that not all consumers will achieve the same results are insufficient to substantiate claims. Recommendations and endorsements cannot be used to make claims that the advertiser itself cannot substantiate.

Content must not include:

1）Major brand/company logos on advertisements or affiliate tool pages.

2）Any type of animated images.

3）Any obscene, defamatory, libelous, infringing, or violating content of intellectual property or personal rights. Kameybank reserves the right to determine whether content violates this requirement.

4）Unauthorized celebrity photos.

5）False, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive statements or content.

6）Adult content, including depictions of nudity, explicit or suggestive poses of individuals, and/or depictions that are overly suggestive or sexually provocative.

Promotion of any illegal, deceptive, and/or dangerous products, services, or activities, including but not limited to hacking or evading law enforcement.

7）Excessive violence, including bloody, gory, and violent gunfights. Content cannot be threatening, abusive, harassing, or hateful.

8）Images or copies inciting violence.

9）Alcohol or alcohol-related content.

10）Gambling products or services.

11）Vulgar, obscene, or indecent language.

12）Images or copies implying or describing actual human or animal abuse.

13）Distracting images. Content must not contain distracting images unrelated to the seller's product.

14）Expected sales information. Examples include: "This product will generate over a million dollars in revenue!" or "The easiest way to earn a profit of $100,000!"

Per-sale income information. Advertisements can only convey expected income through commission information. Income cannot be claimed or implied to be higher than the percentage listed in the account. If commission information is included, the percentage must match what is provided in the seller's account. Example: "100% commission! Kameybank's highest commission rate is 75%."

15）False scarcity messages. Content must not imply scarcity when there is no actual scarcity of the product or affiliate competition schedule. Examples include: "Only 300 available!"—when in fact, there are unlimited copies; there is no time limit for the automatic responder or countdown timer for registration promotions; the opportunity presented is limited if there is no real scarcity.

16）Promotion of affiliate bonus programs and/or prizes not supported by Kameybank (including commission rates exceeding 75%).

17）Third-party endorsements. Examples include: "Customer X says Customer Z's product is the best product in this niche market!"

18）Any unsubstantiated claims or other unverifiable vague statements. Examples include: "#1," "best," "top," "largest," "highest," or similar statements.

19）Videos describing fictional personal or life stories where the seller makes false claims in product promotion.

20）Videos mentioning or describing the seller personally, where the seller makes false statements about their income and/or experience in product promotion.

21）Videos that do not allow viewers to opt out or pause.

22）Expert endorsements, unverified. Examples: Doctor endorsements must include proof that the doctor has tested or evaluated and mastered the subject described in the product promotion.

23）Sales pricing that implies the product was previously sold at a higher price but was not actually sold at a higher price.

24）More than three (3) up-sell processes per sale (i.e., one-time offer) and more than two (2) exit pop-ups.

25）Unauthorized use of Kameybank logos. For authorization to use, please refer to our Trademark Usage Guidelines.

26）Statements implying that the product is easier to use than it actually is. Kameybank requires product promotions to make reasonable efforts to reflect the actual effort required to achieve typical results. Assuming that someone with little or no experience in online marketing can earn six-figure income with just an hour or less of effort per day is often unrealistic. A more reasonable assumption is that an average person with little or no experience in online marketing can earn additional income through attention, effort, and time.

27）Statements like "As seen on..." If there is no documentation proving that the product has appeared on the listed radio stations, TV shows, and/or magazines, these claims are not allowed. Advertisement approval does not require this documentation, but it will be requested after approval.

28）Blind quotes. Blind quotes are defined as sales promotions that promise customers can achieve or obtain something without any specific details on how the product achieves these claims. Advertisements must clearly state which techniques or strategies the product teaches or uses to achieve results for the customer.

29）Account statistics. Advertisements cannot contain account statistics, including but not limited to daily or weekly sales snapshots.

30）Videos. Sellers must submit scripts before approval. Videos not reviewed by the script will not be accepted.

4）You may not interfere with or manipulate the ranking of the Kameybank marketplace (defined in section 3(d) below), commission tracking, or normal flow of traffic in, to, or from Kameybank services.

5）If you promote products or brands in high-risk industries, you must always comply with additional terms and conditions provided to you by Kameybank, which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

6）You may not promote violent, explicit adult material, products from any website, blog, social network, forum, or other media containing, hosting, or promoting illegal content or materials, illegal activities, alcohol, tobacco or prescription drugs, racial discrimination, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

7）You may not market any products or services to children under thirteen (13) years of age.

8）You will not defame anyone.

9）Unless expressly permitted by this agreement, you may not include any trademarks or other brand identifiers or any copyrighted materials.

10）You may not merge any variations or misspellings of any third-party trademarks or other brand identifiers into any domain names, usernames, or other identifiers (including any social media).

11）All communications and/or statements made regarding any promotional activities and/or any products must be accurate and include all disclosures and disclaimers necessary to prevent such promotional activities from being false or misleading. Such disclosures and disclaimers must be made clearly and prominently and comply with the laws of your country/region as well as all US federal and state laws, including FTC regulations, policies, and guidelines for advertising, disclosures, and consumer protection, including FTC endorsement guidelines.

12）Kameybank reserves the right to review your promotional activities but is not obligated to do so. You agree that Kameybank may, at its sole discretion, request changes to product promotions and delivery pages, customer support, or other items related to your promotions at any time.

13）You will provide valid contact information, including but not limited to work email addresses and phone numbers, through which Kameybank can send inquiries and receive non-automated responses by the end of the next business day.

14）Kameybank does not independently review, verify, guarantee, or assume any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, validity, or timeliness of any information provided by sellers, nor for any bonuses, prizes, or other rewards provided by sellers in the manner described below. Your use of any information provided by sellers is voluntary, and you assume the risk of relying on such information. You acknowledge and understand that Kameybank will not verify statements, claims, incentives, or promotions made by sellers through Kameybank services.

15）You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and will not interfere with the business of any other user or the use of Kameybank services. Kameybank reserves the right, pursuant to section 4, to take any action against you for violating these provisions, including suspending and/or terminating your account.

3、Selling Products

If you register to sell any products through Kameybank services, you agree, acknowledge, represent, and warrant:

1）All products sold through Kameybank services must first be approved by Kameybank before they can be sold through Kameybank services. In certain cases, Kameybank may require you to modify your products before approval or prohibit your products from being sold through Kameybank services, at Kameybank's sole discretion. Kameybank's approval or modification of your products does not constitute endorsement of your products or any modifications, and Kameybank is not liable for any modifications.

All products you register to sell through Kameybank services, as well as all products provided and sold through Kameybank services, must comply with all laws in your country/region.

2）Your products do not involve downloading software on the purchaser's computer unless the purchase has been completed, or you have provided clear and explicit disclosure to the purchaser describing all software being downloaded, its functionality, and information. You must obtain explicit consent before proceeding with any such downloads.

3）Without any other conditions or restrictions, you authorize Kameybank to list any products you register to sell through Kameybank services in the online searchable product marketplace ("Kameybank Marketplace") provided by Kameybank services; and sell them to purchasers and/or affiliates promoting products through the Kameybank Marketplace, at a price specified by Kameybank ("Retail Price"), including any applicable sales tax, after considering your suggested retail price.

4）You will provide a valid email address where purchasers or Kameybank can send inquiries and receive responses by the end of the next business day. If necessary, purchasers and Kameybank must also be able to receive non-automated responses within one business day.

5）You shall promptly notify Kameybank within two business days of any regulatory or legal complaints or threats thereof related to any products you receive or any such complaints. You shall at your own expense assist Kameybank in taking any necessary or appropriate actions requested by Kameybank to respond to and/or resolve such complaints.

6）If you use third-party provided products or services, you and such third party must comply with all terms of th

8）You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

9）You will establish appropriate return, exchange, and/or cancellation policies for your products ("Seller Return Policy"). Your Seller Return Policy must range from "no refunds" to allowing refunds or exchanges within 7 days of delivery (if applicable). If you believe that extending the Seller Return Policy to refunds within 7 days of delivery is appropriate for your product, Kameybank will review such requests and decide whether to allow an extension of the Seller Return Policy. You may only provide such extended Seller Return Policy with the written consent of Kameybank.

10）You will ensure that your Seller Return Policy is clearly and prominently posted for customers to view before purchasing your products.

11)If you abuse Kameybank's flexible return and cancellation policies, if your Seller Return Policy is not suitable for your product, if returns or refunds are excessive, or for any other reason that Kameybank, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, Kameybank reserves the right to change or override your Seller Return Policy.

4、Availability of Service; Suspension; Termination.

You agree and acknowledge:

• Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Kameybank's policies and procedures, Kameybank shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Kameybank services in a manner that does not disrupt your business. You acknowledge and agree that Kameybank services may be inaccessible or unavailable for the following reasons:
• equipment failures;
• periodic maintenance or repairs that Kameybank may undertake from time to time;

(iii) reasons beyond Kameybank's reasonable control or reasonably unforeseeable reasons, including but not limited to interruptions or failures in telecommunications or digital transmission links, malicious network attacks, network congestion, or other failures. You acknowledge and agree that Kameybank shall not be liable for any periodic interruptions in the availability of Kameybank services, and further acknowledge that Kameybank does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to Kameybank services.

2）Kameybank reserves the right to refuse, delist, or cease selling or promoting any products on the Kameybank marketplace, suspend funds, adjust commissions based on performance, close accounts, and/or suspend or terminate Kameybank services at any time, without any reason or notice to you, and without incurring any penalty or liability.

3）In the event of the following circumstances, Kameybank may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and your right to use Kameybank services, and Kameybank may retain any or all funds in your Kameybank account (including funds that may be generated in the future):

(i) Kameybank suspects or has reason to believe, and/or someone alleges, that you have violated any laws or terms of this Agreement;

(ii) your account is dormant as defined by our accounting policies;

(iii) or your account has a negative balance or is reasonably expected to have one. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease using the Kameybank services and Kameybank intellectual property permitted under section 7.b of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Kameybank unilaterally deems any behavior to have occurred, Kameybank reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to and use of Kameybank services or any portion thereof, and withholding funds in your account is deemed unacceptable.

4）Following the suspension or termination of an account or the retention of funds under this section, Kameybank shall review your account in a manner determined solely by Kameybank. If requested, you agree to cooperate with this review. If the review concludes that there is a reasonable basis to believe that misconduct has occurred, you agree that Kameybank may retain funds in your Kameybank account as liquidated damages and/or for the benefit of Kameybank or third parties affected by the misconduct. You acknowledge and agree that such liquidated damages: (i) are not fines, and (ii) are reasonable and not disproportionate to Kameybank's presumed damages.

5）If Kameybank unilaterally deems it necessary to take such action to ensure the payment, performance, and/or guarantee of any liabilities, obligations, or debts you may be subject to, Kameybank may withhold any portion of funds in your Kameybank account for Kameybank or any other person.

5、Email, SMS, and Telephone Marketing.

1）You shall not directly or indirectly exploit any security vulnerabilities, whether recorded or unrecorded, on any client or server computer, or obtain email addresses automatically, or send any emails to addresses obtained through automated means or the use of spyware, viruses, or any other means. Circumventing system security or violating consumer privacy.

2）You shall not use customer information for any purpose not expressly permitted by law, regulations, or promotional guidelines, otherwise, this Agreement may result in the termination of your account, apart from any other legal actions or remedies that Kameybank or individual data subjects may take.

6、API Requests.

Your use of Kameybank's application programming interface ("API") shall comply with Kameybank's terms of service.

7、Kameybank's Intellectual Property.

1）Without prior express written consent from Kameybank, you shall not in any way use Kameybank's name, trademarks, service marks, or any other intellectual property of Kameybank to imply an association or affiliation with Kameybank or endorsement by Kameybank, which Kameybank may refuse to consent to at its discretion. Advertising using images or copies of checks issued by Kameybank is prohibited without Kameybank's prior express written consent.

2）Subject to the terms and conditions herein, during the term of this Agreement, Kameybank grants you a limited, revocable license to use Kameybank's name:

(i) as watermarks, internet search engine descriptions, keywords, search terms, or any seed elements for internet search engines or keyword-triggered advertising programs;

(ii) in meta tags or hidden text;

(iii) as subdomains or subdomain identifiers;

(iv) to identify products; or

(v) in relation to promotions.

3）Kameybank may revoke the aforementioned license and/or impose restrictions on your use of Kameybank's name, including requiring disclaimers that Kameybank may, at its sole discretion, decide to use at any time for any reason when you use Kameybank's name.

4）You shall not use or display Kameybank's name in any manner that disparages Kameybank or Kameybank's services.

5）Between the parties, Kameybank shall be and shall remain the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to Kameybank services (including all intellectual property rights therein) and any other intellectual property, materials, or other property owned by Kameybank or licensed or controlled by Kameybank, and you hereby assign to Kameybank all rights, title, and interest you may be deemed to have in such ownership. Kameybank expressly reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.

8、Confidentiality and Confidential Obligations.

1）For the purposes of this Agreement, Kameybank may disclose and/or you may otherwise receive or access sensitive, confidential, and/or proprietary information of Kameybank ("Confidential Information"), including but not limited to

(i)the identity of Kameybank's other sellers or affiliates (collectively, "Kameybank Clients");

(ii)physical and data security information;

(iii)technical data;

(iv)Kameybank marketplace statistics and sales data;

(v) proprietary technologies or business information related to business processes, methods, or marketing strategies. Except as required by your obligations under this Agreement, you shall not (a) disclose Confidential Information to any person, or (b) use Confidential Information for any purpose (whether for your own benefit or for the benefit of others), without the prior express written consent of Kameybank. You shall not use any Confidential Information to solicit or permit others to solicit Kameybank Clients to subscribe to any other services or to facilitate the sale of any products directly or indirectly competing with Kameybank or Kameybank services, including but not limited to functionalities offered by Kameybank Marketplace.

2）Kameybank does not solicit nor can accept any ideas or information from you that you consider confidential and/or proprietary. Except for your personal identity information (as explicitly provided in Kameybank's Privacy Policy), any suggestions, opinions, comments, ideas, concepts, proprietary technologies, technical materials, or feedback you convey, provide, or transmit to Kameybank, or any other content related to Kameybank services (collectively, "Submission Content"), shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and Kameybank shall have no obligations with respect to such Submission Content unless otherwise expressly agreed in a written document signed by authorized officials of both you and Kameybank. You hereby grant to Kameybank and its licensees a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, transferable right and license, and the right to sublicense, copy, publicly display, distribute, perform, transmit, edit, modify, create derivative works of, publish, sell, commercialize, use, and disclose the Submission Content in any form and in all media (whether now known or hereafter devised). Kameybank has no obligation to provide compensation to you in any way for any such Submissions.

You hereby represent and warrant that:

• you own or otherwise have the right to grant to Kameybank the aforementioned license with respect to the Submission Content you submit; and

(ii) neither the Submission Content you submit nor Kameybank's use thereof shall infringe or violate any rights of any person. You shall now and shall continue to bear full responsibility for any Submission Content you submit, and acknowledge that Kameybank has no obligation to respond to or use any Submission Content you may provide.

9、Export Controls.

You acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable export laws. You hereby declare and warrant that if the export authorization status of your products changes, you must immediately notify Kameybank in writing. For information on Chinese export control regulations, please visit the website of the General Administration of Customs of China.

10、Required Licenses.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all applicable licenses and permits necessary for the operation of your business.

11、Representations and Warranties.

You represent, acknowledge, and warrant that:

• your products, your promotional activities, and/or the Submission Content you submit (if applicable), now and in the future, shall not directly or indirectly: (i) infringe upon anyone's privacy or publicity rights;

(ii) contain any defamatory, obscene, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material;

(iii) infringe upon any intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction or otherwise violate any rights of any person;

(iv) violate any laws, FTC rules, regulations, guidelines, or industry standards;

(v) violate Kameybank's Privacy Policy.

2）You shall not:

(i)  Build, replicate, or mirror any content constituting part of Kameybank services;

(ii) Reverse engineer Kameybank services or attempt to obtain its source materials by any other means;

(iii) Access Kameybank services for the purpose of (a) building competitive products or services, or (b) replicating any features, functionalities, or graphics of Kameybank services;

(iv) Interfere with or disrupt Kameybank services or any data contained therein;

(v) Attempt to access Kameybank services, its related systems, or networks without authorization;

(vi) Use Kameybank services for any illegal purpose or to infringe upon any person's rights.

12、Compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree:

1）If a third party makes any claims or complaints against Kameybank, its affiliates and subsidiaries, its managers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, licensors, attorneys, heirs, successors, and assigns ("Kameybank Parties") arising from your use of Kameybank services, your products, your promotions, or your use of Seller Spotlight, or if any action or claim is initiated ("Claim"), you shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless all Kameybank Parties from and against any and all damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including investigation expenses, defense costs, reasonable attorney's fees, and expenses) ("Losses") suffered by any Kameybank Party as a result of such claims, whether such Losses are direct, incidental, consequential, punitive, or statutory.

2）Upon receipt of notice of a claim from Kameybank for which you are obligated to indemnify, Kameybank shall provide you with written notice and afford you the opportunity to control the defense or settlement of the claim, and to reasonably assist in the resolution and/or defense of the claim: your sole expense; provided, however,

(i) any settlement imposing non-monetary obligations on Kameybank and/or admitting or finding liability or wrongdoing shall require the prior written consent of Kameybank;

(ii) failure to provide timely notice, control, or assistance shall not excuse your indemnification obligations;

(iii) Kameybank may appoint its own attorneys to attend and participate in all litigation or negotiations related to the claim, with costs borne by Kameybank unless you fail or refuse to promptly engage legal counsel to defend any claim, in which case you shall be responsible for all costs associated with Kameybank's use of such counsel.

3）If Kameybank incurs expenses, attorney's fees, or other costs in responding to any complaints other than claims related to your products or promotions (including copyright infringement complaints under DMCA), Kameybank reserves the following rights: if Kameybank suffers any loss due to your violation of the Kameybank Email/SMS/Telephone Marketing Policy specified in section 5 above, Kameybank reserves the right to determine whether to first deduct reasonable. You understand and agree that the foregoing remedies are not exhaustive, and Kameybank reserves all compensation rights described herein. You authorize Kameybank to make any such deductions and waive Kameybank from any liability associated with any such deductions.

13、Limitation of Liability.

In no event shall any Kameybank party or its heirs, successors, and assigns be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement and/or any (A) use or inability to use Kameybank services, (B) personal injury, property damage, or any type of loss resulting from accessing and/or using Kameybank services, (C) unauthorized access to or use of any and all personal and/or financial information stored therein, (D) interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Kameybank services, and/or (E) errors, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar information that may be transmitted through Kameybank services, whether or not Kameybank has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any contrary provision in this agreement, the maximum aggregate and cumulative liability of Kameybank for all expenses, losses, or damages incurred as a result of or in any way related to claims arising from this agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid to you by Kameybank under this agreement during the one month period preceding the occurrence of such damages. This limitation of liability is a fundamental basis of the bargain, reflecting the allocation of risk between the parties. If such limitation were not to apply, Kameybank services would not be provided, and any services or information provided through Kameybank services, and you agree that the limitations of liability and disclaimers specified herein shall continue to apply and be effective, even if found to have failed of their essential purpose. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, in such jurisdictions, you agree that Kameybank's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14、Data Processing.

1） You agree to comply with all data protection laws and regulations, including the European Union's data protection regulations, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). You agree not to market to individuals subject to the GDPR who have not consented to receive marketing communications.

2）Individuals subject to the GDPR have the right to request certain actions regarding their data from you, including but not limited to deletion, correction, or restriction of their data processing. If you receive data requests from individuals subject to the GDPR, or if Kameybank receives any such requests related to data you are processing, you agree to comply with the request within 30 days. You agree to implement appropriate systems and processes to comply with this requirement.

3）If you receive any personal data from Kameybank or process personal data on behalf of Kameybank, you will:

(i) take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the data;

(ii) process personal data only for purposes approved by Kameybank;

(iii) cease processing such data at Kameybank's request;

(iv) transfer such data only for purposes authorized by law, with prior notice to Kameybank, and only pursuant to appropriate subprocessor agreements;

(v) indemnify Kameybank for any claims, expenses, demands, or costs related to your receipt or use of such data;

(vi) provide Kameybank with information sufficient to demonstrate your compliance with the provisions of this section upon request, and allow Kameybank to audit your data practices as necessary.

15、No Warranty of Validity.

Kameybank does not endorse, approve, or certify any information provided on or through Kameybank services, and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, validity, timeliness, or correct sequencing of such information. As of the date of your access, information provided on or through Kameybank services may or may not be current, and Kameybank has no obligation to update or maintain such information. Furthermore, information provided on or through Kameybank services may change periodically without notice. All content provided on or through Kameybank services is provided "as is." Use of such information is voluntary, and reliance on such information should only be undertaken after independent review of its accuracy, completeness, validity, and timeliness.

16、No Professional Advice Provided.

Kameybank provides professional information (such as financial or compliance information) for reference only and should not be construed as legal or accounting advice. Before taking any action based on any information, facts, or opinions provided on or through Kameybank services, you should seek independent professional advice from individuals licensed and/or knowledgeable in the applicable field. You understand that Kameybank employees, representatives, and/or agents do not provide advice based on professional certification or licensure authority, and you will not consider the information provided by our employees, representatives, and/or agents as such. Furthermore, you understand that by receiving information, facts, or opinions through Kameybank services, you do not establish a relationship with Kameybank or its employees, representatives, and/or agents that would entitle you to any client privilege possibly associated with any professional. Certification or licensure.

17、Disclaimer of Liability.

You assume all risks and responsibilities for decisions made regarding the use of Kameybank services. Kameybank services and all related services are provided "as is," and Kameybank makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Kameybank or its affiliates and subsidiaries do not endorse or assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information, facts, or opinions provided through Kameybank services.

18、General Terms and Conditions

1）Applicable Law; Dispute Resolution, Attorney Fees. Any litigation, action, proceeding, or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement must be brought exclusively in the local courts. You hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum. You agree to indemnify Kameybank for all reasonable attorney fees and expenses incurred by Kameybank in connection with any action, litigation, proceeding, or claim brought by you or Kameybank, where Kameybank is deemed the prevailing party. You hereby irrevocably waive any and all rights to trial by jury in any and all litigation, actions, proceedings, claims, or counterclaims under or related to this Agreement. You and Kameybank agree that claims may only be brought against each other individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

2）English as the Dominant Language. This Agreement is in English, and all disputes between the parties shall be resolved in English. You understand and acknowledge that any foreign language services provided by Kameybank are for reference only, and you have an obligation to obtain independent legal advice at your own expense to ensure your understanding of the terms of this Agreement.

3）Our Relationship. This Agreement does not establish any relationship between the parties as principal and agent, partners, joint venturers, employer and employee, trustees, or similar relationships. You are prohibited from making any commitments, warranties, or representations on behalf of Kameybank or otherwise obligating Kameybank in any manner. You shall not hold yourself out as an agent of Kameybank or authorized to act on its behalf to any person.

4）Assignment. Kameybank may freely assign or transfer any or all rights and obligations described in this Agreement. You may not transfer this Agreement or any rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Kameybank. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs and assigns.

5）Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining portions, terms, or provisions shall not be affected by such determination, and the court shall substitute a valid and enforceable provision that as nearly as possible achieves the intent of the original provision.

6）Publicity. You shall not issue or produce any press release (including news releases and advertisements or solicitation materials) or other public statements: (i) related to this Agreement;

(ii) using Kameybank's name or referencing Kameybank services;

(iii) without the prior written approval of Kameybank, implying or suggesting Kameybank's endorsement of you and/or any products, which Kameybank may refuse to approve at its sole discretion. You hereby authorize Kameybank to include your name, company name, and general information regarding your use of Kameybank services in Kameybank's marketing and promotional materials.

7）Entire Agreement; Amendments. This Agreement constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. It supersedes all prior proposals, understandings, and all other oral and written agreements between the parties concerning such subject matter. Kameybank reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When Kameybank revises this Agreement, Kameybank shall use reasonable efforts to provide general notice of such changes or revisions by posting a prominent notice at http://www.kameybank.com, indicating the specific changes or revisions that have occurred, and you agree that your continued use of Kameybank services constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of the revised Agreement. You agree that you have a responsibility to regularly check http://www.kameybank.com for any such changes to inform yourself of any such changes.

8）Waiver. Kameybank's failure to exercise or enforce any right provided in this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights under this Agreement. The rights and remedies of Kameybank as provided in this Agreement are cumulative and are in addition to any rights or remedies that Kameybank may have under the law or in equity, except for any remedies expressly provided as exclusive or sole remedies in this Agreement.

9）Equitable Remedies. You acknowledge and agree that any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement by you may cause Kameybank irreparable and unquantifiable harm that cannot be fully compensated by monetary damages, and Kameybank may seek injunctive relief, specific performance, and/or other equitable remedies as remedies for any such breach or anticipated breach without the necessity of posting a bond or other security. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, any such remedies may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction, whether in the State of Idaho, federal court, or any other court with jurisdiction worldwide (as determined by Kameybank), and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of any such court and waive any objections to the venue of any such action. Any such remedies shall be supplemental and not exclusive of any other appropriate remedies, including monetary damages, etc.

10）Force Majeure. Neither you nor Kameybank shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations beyond the control of the non-performing party, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war and terrorism, embargoes, boycotts, changes in government regulations, epidemics, fires, failure of communication lines, power failures, earthquakes, other disasters, or any other reasons.

11）Notices. Any notice, request, approval, authorization, consent, demand, or other communication required or permitted by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given at the earliest of:

(i) actual receipt, regardless of method of delivery;

(ii) transmission time by Kameybank (if sent by email), as marked by the Kameybank system;

(iii) if sent by overnight express (or similar next-day air courier service), then on the delivery date following shipment.

12）Headings/Interpretation. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not control or affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement.
