Parcel forwarding---Packages you purchase from merchants
You submit a parcel transfer order on our website, fill in the specific product name (or click "Automatically grab product information" to enter the product link), quantity and other information. After passing the review, use domestic express to mail the product to the kameymall warehouse. After the product arrives in the warehouse, You then submit the waybill to be mailed overseas. If you need to inspect the goods, please check "Open the box for inspection when submitting the order."

Applicable to: 1. Customers who have Taobao accounts, Alipay accounts, accounts on other domestic shopping websites, frequent online shopping, and want to obtain additional discounts from merchants independently, etc.;
Warm reminder: After the two types of goods are put into storage, if they do not exceed the weight limit and meet the shipping conditions of the selected logistics method, you can choose to submit them all at once or separately for overseas shipping.

① When signing for a package, if it is found that the outer packaging is seriously damaged or other goods that do not meet the receipt requirements, the package will be directly rejected or returned.
② If your package meets the signature requirements, after receiving the goods, the warehouse will unpack all packages to check for contraband, and then weigh them and put them into storage.
③If it is found that your goods do not meet the requirements for transportation and air transportation, we will put a special mark on the relevant order to remind you to negotiate the return.
④ If you have not found the receipt information of the warehouse within a reasonable domestic delivery time (generally, the domestic delivery cycle is within 7 days), please contact your domestic logistics company or website customer service personnel to confirm the status of the goods.
