【Transshipment Process】
There are two stages of transshipment.
[Phase 1] First submit the items to be transferred online for review. After passing the review, purchase and send them to the kameymall warehouse.
[Phase 2] After the items are put into storage, they can be combined with other items in storage to generate a package order. Once you pay for your order, international shipping can begin.
【Service area】
Under normal circumstances, after the arrival of the transshipment order, we only conduct contraband inspection and do not provide specific inventory and professional quality inspection services. If you need to verify product quantity, color, size and other information, it is recommended that you check the [Inspection Verification] service when submitting your order.
kameymall conducts contraband screening of items to be transferred, as well as simple verification of quantity, color, size and other information. If there are a few items of the product, please contact the sender for verification. Kameymall will not be responsible for any missing items that are not caused by Kameymall. For special and professional products, professional inspection services will not be provided. For non-Kameymall purchases, please check by yourself through the inspection photos provided by Kameymall.
【Logistics Risk】
The package is carried by kameymall, but it is subject to customs policy restrictions and possible logistics risks, which need to be evaluated and borne by you.
kameymall provides you with package delivery services for purchased goods, but it does not bear the risks caused by uncontrollable factors in customs policies and cross-border logistics, such as confiscation, damage, lost items, and delivery delays during peak periods. kameymall will assist you in risk estimation and reduce the probability of loss by providing timely risk reminders and continuously improving logistics insurance and other measures.
How can we remedy the situation so that it can be quickly put into the warehouse?
For parcel transfer, if you send the goods to our warehouse first but do not submit an order on our website in advance or fail to complete the logistics information in time, we will sign for it first and store it as an exception (it will be overdue if it exceeds 60 days) until you After submitting the order and filling in the logistics information (shipping courier number), we can help you find the corresponding package and put it into storage. After it is put into storage, you can view the product in "My Warehouse".
Reminder:
Yes, the goods will be displayed in "My Warehouse" after they are put into storage. Normally, if the package does not exceed the weight limit, you can choose to submit it all at once or separately for overseas shipping. If "the goods have security inspection and customs policy issues", it may not be possible. Send them together and the system will give corresponding prompts; for other questions, please consult customer service staff.
