Abnormal packages mainly refer to situations where the package has been signed for but the order has not been submitted or the logistics information has not been completed. The period for abnormal packages is 60 days. Starting from the receipt of the abnormal package at the warehouse, since such packages cannot match the relevant orders and users, reminders cannot be issued. For overdue goods, kameymall will regard you as giving up custody and tacitly agree that the ownership of the goods belongs to the kameymall platform.
