Q: When will it appear in my Kameymall account after topping up?

A: If you select PayPal payment, most of the time it will show in your account immediately (except e-check and risk of freezing of PayPal, the final actual processing time shall prevail).

A: PayPal top up: exchange standard is related to exchange rate, handling charge is about 2.9%+US$ 0.3 per transaction

Q: What if I successfully paid by using PayPal but money is still not shown in my Kameymall account?

A: Please login to your Kameymall account and send an email to service mailbox agent@kameymall.com, provide your method of payment, transaction date of payment, the amount of payment or order number and registered member name of Kameymall to Kameymall customer service team. Within 2 working days after receiving your information and verified by our accountant, the money will be added to your Kameymall account manually.

Paypal top-up frozen

1. If you top up Kameymall account with PayPal e-check, the amount of top-up will be frozen by PayPal. It usually takes 4 to 7 business days for PayPal to verify the transaction.
2. If you top up Kameymall account with other methods of Paypal and the amount of top-up is frozen by PayPal, It usually takes 24 to 72 hours for PayPal to verify the transaction.
3. You can contact the bank or PayPal for verification, or you can contact online customer service for help.

When an order is paid using a special payment method (PayPal, credit cards, etc.), the order will go through a verification period before being processed.

If your order status is updated to “Verifying” but the status is not changed 24 hours later, it means that we might need additional information from you. Please pay attention to your email or inbox message and provide the corresponding documents. If you do not reply to us within 72 hours, your order might be canceled and your money will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you do not receive any email or inbox message within 24 hours after your order status is updated to “Verifying”, please contact us.

When you are paying for more than one orders in a single transaction, your transaction will be canceled and refunded if you cancel any of the orders in the transaction during the verification period (PayPal E-Check verification included). Also, you will have to make another payment for the orders that are not canceled.

If you want to withdraw money from Kameymall account balance to your top up account, you can apply via “My Kameymall”-”Account Balance”-”Withdraw”. We will process your application within 2-3 working days, after which the withdrawal amount will be returned to your original top up account (bank account or third-party payment account). During the processing period, the money you apply for withdrawal will be frozen in order to ensure the actual withdrawal amount meets your original application.

Why is my Kameymall account locked?

If your Kameymall account is locked, there are two common reasons:

1. You have a transaction that is currently being verified and we are waiting for you to submit the required documents. We will unlock your Kameymall account after the verification is completed.
2. You opened a dispute or declined a payment recently when using your PayPal or your credit card. Our system will lock your Kameymall account automatically when you decline a payment. We will unlock your Kameymall account after the dispute is settled or after the declined payment goes through.

What will happen if your Kameymall account is locked?

If your Kameymall account is locked, all the account-related requests will be suspended, including :

1. Order purchase.
2. Parcel shipping.
3. Refund requests.

For that reason, if you are not satisfied with your parcel, order, transaction, or our services, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. We will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours and we will solve the problem for you.

However, if you decide to open a dispute or decline a payment through your payment method (like PayPal or credit cards), your balance will be frozen during the investigation and your Kameymall account will be locked. When that happens, your order purchase, parcel shipping, or refund requests will be suspended. If you want to unlock your account, please contact us and make sure that the declined payment will go through.

1. Information of Parcel Forward, eMall, and balance will be shown in CNY.
2. All currency conversion is based on the CNY price. Due to rounding, it may happen that the price does not meet the original CNY amount when it is converted back to CNY from other currencies.
3. Paypal is not available for orders shipped to China.

5. When users use currencies other than CNY, they can only pay with balance, Paypal, or MasterCard; Wechat and Alipay will not be available.

What do I do if the system shows payment error after I paid?

If you have paid successfully but Kameymall shows payment failure, you can contact our online customer service and provide the relevant transaction details. We will verify it for you.

1. If you have entered the wrong information when paying, then payment may be declined.

2. If payment is declined due to the browser issue, please clear the Cookies and retry. If it is still not working, please use other browser.
