- We offer 2 types of discount codes: xxx%-off discount code and $xxx-off discount code, both of which only apply to deduction of international shipping fees when you submit parcels.
- For VIP users, if you want to use the discount code, your VIP discount will be applied first, then you can claim the discount code according to the actual amount after deducting the VIP discount;
- Discount codes and credits/coupons cannot be used in combination;
- In case of supplementary payment/refund for international parcel orders with discount code already applied, we’ll handle according to the following:
① For $xxx-off discount code, supplementary payment/refund will be made according to the actual payment after deducting the discounted amount;
② For xxx%-off discount code, supplementary payment/refund will also be made according to the actual payment after deducting the discounted amount.
（1）Types of Shipping Discount Coupons
There are two types of shipping discount coupons:
- Shipping Discount Coupon: When submitting orders of international parcels, the coupon can be applied to the shipping cost after the member discount is calculated.
- Shipping Price Off Coupon: When submitting orders of international parcels, if the system determines that the shipping cost requirement is met, the shipping price off coupon will be applied after the member discount is calculated.
The shipping discount coupon and shipping price off coupon, can both be combined with the VIP shipping discount for the members. Also, the shipping discount coupon and shipping price off coupon will be applied after the member discount is calculated for the shipping fee of international parcels.
（2）Usage of Shipping Discount Coupon
Currently, the Kameymall shipping discount coupon can only be used on Shopping Agent and International Shipping Fee.
（3）Can the shipping discount coupons be transferred to other users or exchanged for cash?
No, coupons are non-transferable and they cannot be exchanged for cash. The coupon you received will bind to your user account.
（4）Can the shipping discount coupon be combined with other offers or coupons?
The shipping discount coupon can only be combined with member benefits, credits, special discount events, and VIP member discounts. Only one shipping discount coupon can be applied to each international parcel.
（5）Expiration Date for the Shipping Discount Coupon
The expiration date for coupons from different Kameymall events will be different. Usually, the coupon will expire in 30, 60, or 180 days. Users can check the expiration date of the coupons by logging into the website and visiting the “Available Coupons” under the “Coupons” of “My Kameymall”.
（6）Eligible Warehouses for the Shipping Discount Coupon
The Kameymall coupons for different warehouses and events will be different.
（7）Check My Kameymall Coupons
You can log in to the website and visit ’Me’ - "Wallet - ‘Coupons’ to check the holding of coupons.
1、Users will have the chance to obtain the coupons with different value by participating in the special events on the Kameymall website.
2、Users can also exchange the coupons with diferent value by using credits.
