(2) If a user submits a package within 30 days, they are considered an active user.

2.Upgrading rules

The leader will be upgraded and eligible for shipping commissions based on the number of active promoters.

If you engage in any of the following behaviors, upon verification by Kameymall official, your affiliate program privileges and earning rights will be restricted:

1. Fraudulent Activities: Promoters using deception or false advertising to gain more users and higher commissions, including but not limited to exaggerating platform services or features to attract more users; engaging in order manipulation or data manipulation; downloading unofficial clients; using simulators, plugins, cheats, or other illegal tools for scanning, downloading, installing, registering, logging in, gifting, receiving bonuses, or withdrawing funds; registering multiple accounts; tampering with device data; engaging in malicious profiteering to disrupt platform order; using plugins, cheats, systems, or third-party tools to interfere, damage, modify the platform or employ other means deemed unfair by us.
2. Illegal Activities: Promoters engaging in activities that violate laws, regulations, or platform rules during promotional activities, including but not limited to infringement, spreading rumors, disseminating violence, pornography, or politically provocative information.
3. Interfering with Platform Operations: Promoters using technical or other means to attack, destroy, or interfere with the platform, engaging in network attacks or spreading viruses through platform promotional activities.
4. Malicious Competition: Promoters exploiting the platform's affiliate program for malicious competition, including but not limited to stealing the labor achievements of other promoters, attacking and defaming other promoters, or engaging in other acts that infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other promoters.
5. Publishing False Information: Promoters publishing information that violates national laws, regulations, etc., or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, portrait rights, etc.
6. Violating Personal Information: Promoters illegally obtaining or disseminating personal information of promotional users during the promotion process.
7. Promoting Competing Platforms: Promoters engaging in activities that promote other cross-border shopping platforms similar to Kameymall, leading to the loss of promotion eligibility and the right to benefit from the affiliate program.
8. Violation of Contract Terms: Promoters must not violate any terms in the affiliate program agreement, including but not limited to promotion rules, bonus acquisition processes, etc.

Upon verifying your violation, Kameymall official will impose the following penalties based on the severity of the violation and the rectification situation:

1. Disabling the affiliate program functionality, you won't be able to acquire new promotional users, and the settlement of promotional commissions will be temporarily suspended.
2. For actions involving fraudulent acquisition of promotional users, Kameymall will, upon verification, release the fraudulently obtained promotional users from the promoter.
3. For promoters with repeated and severe violations, Kameymall official will permanently restrict the use of their affiliate program functionality and close the appeal channel.
4. If you have already ceased the violation, please contact customer service to file an appeal. Wewill review your rectification status. Once it is confirmed that there are no more violations, your affiliate program usage will be restored to normal.

*Promotional users obtained through fraudulent activities will be reset to zero and cannot be recovered.
