K-Coins description

1. What are K-Coins?

K-Coins are universal coins within the KameyMall that allow users to offset a certain amount when making purchases in the KameyMall.

2. Can I give K-Coins to someone else?

K-Coins are exclusive activity coins in the user's account on the KameyMall and cannot be gifted or transferred to other accounts.

3. Can K-Coins be withdrawn?

K-Coins can only be used at KameyMall and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.

How to acquire K-Coins?

1. New Users

①New users who successfully register for a KameyMall account will receive K-Coins.

②New users who download the KameyMall app and log in for the first time will receive K-Coins.

③New users who place their first order on KameyMall will receive K-Coins.

④New users who ship and confirm the receipt of their first international parcel on KameyMall will receive K-Coins.

⑤Users who complete their personal information after registration (including but not limited to name and address) will receive K-Coins.

2. Check-in

Check in once a day in the K-Coins section of the KameyMall Personal Center to receive K-Coins. The first check-in marks day one, and consecutive check-ins provide the opportunity for additional K-Coins rewards. If check-ins are interrupted, the count restarts.

3. Consume

After receiving the parcel, you can confirm the receipt on the website and get the corresponding K-Coins.

The amount of K-Coins is based on your actual shipping payment. For every 1 RMB of shipping fee, you can get 1 K-Coin, and the decimal K-Coins are not valid.

Note: You can receive K-Coins only if the delivery address is Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, or other overseas except mainland China.

4. Complete tasks

①Submit original posts in the community (specific content requirements as per page display), you can get K-Coins upon approval.

②Submit original videos in the community (specific content requirements as per page display), you can get K-Coins upon approval.

③Stay on designated pages, and browse the content for a specified duration (specific time requirements as per page display), you can get K-Coins

④Like/comment on videos/posts in the community, you can get K-Coins

⑤Successfully pay for a wallet recharge order of a specified value (specific value requirements as per task display), you can get K-Coins

5. Share your orders

①Share your feedback, and review the parcel and service after confirming receipt of parcels, you can get K-Coins

②Upload photos of your parcels/items to the community, you can get K-Coins

③Share your KameyMall orders on social platforms such as (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, etc.), you can get K-Coins

How to use K-Coins?

1. K-Coins can be used together with member privileges, shipment fee/product coupons, promotional offers, and VIP discounts.
2. When paying for international parcels, you can use K-Coins to deduct the payment amount, 100 K-Coins = 1 RMB, with a deduction rate of 5%. The maximum amount of K-Coins that can be deducted will not exceed the minimum amount of K-Coins you have and the amount of K-Coins that can be deducted.
3. K-Coins can offset the cost of certain value-added services. The value-added service projects are as follows:

   

4. K-Coins can be used to redeem rights and benefits on the designated page according to the redemption request. Due to limited stock, rights and benefits will be redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

How long is the validity period of K-Coins?

K-Coins can be accumulated to use and K-Coins are valid for at least one year; i.e. from the date of obtaining the K-Coins to the end of the following year. if overdue, it will be invalid automatically.

For example: obtained K-Coins between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, it is always valid before December 31, 2024

About returning K-Coins

1. Order

① If an unpaid order is canceled, the K-Coins will be refunded.

② If an unshipped order is canceled, the K-Coins will be refunded.

③ If you request a return, the K-Coins will be refunded; if it's a partial return, the K-Coins will be refunded based on a percentage of the item's price.

④ If the item has been stored, the K-Coins will not be refunded.

2. Parcel

① If an undelivered parcel is canceled, the K-Coins will be refunded.

② If the parcel has been shipped, the K-Coins will be refunded if the parcel is returned by Chinese domestic customs; and will not be refunded if the parcel is returned by foreign customs.

Other rulers

1. Participation in this activity involves the retrieval and aggregation of user account information, including but not limited to personal avatars, nicknames, and KameyMall account details, for functionalities such as viewing the income and expenditure of K-Coins in the "Check my K-Coins" section. By participating in this activity, users are deemed to have authorized the Platform to use the aforementioned information. This information will not be used for any purpose other than this activity.
2. Rewards earned through this activity are for personal use only and may not be transferred to others. Instances of the same login account, phone number, terminal, payment account, IP, or any other reasonable indication of the same user will be considered to be the same user. The results of other accounts considered to belong to the same user, beyond the first one participating in the activity, will be considered invalid. KameyMall reserves the right to disqualify users who participate in the activity by any unfair means, including, but not limited to, violating the legitimate rights of third parties, cheating, disrupting the system, carrying out network attacks, mass registration, machine-based account registration and simulating clients with machines. KameyMall reserves the right to reclaim illegally obtained benefits.
3. The final delivery of goods or services under this activity will be made by the relevant third-party platform or store. If there are any deductions for taxes and fees, the providing party will fulfill the withholding obligations by the relevant laws and regulations. The goods or services purchased or used by users are provided by third parties. The organizers of the activity do not provide any form of guarantee for the aforementioned goods or services and are not legally responsible for any issues arising from third parties, including but not limited to substandard quality, injury, damage, fraud, false statements, misleading consumers, etc., unless otherwise provided by law.
4. The organizers of this activity may make changes or adjustments to these rules based on the actual circumstances of the event to protect consumer rights, and such changes will be effective upon lawful publication.
5. The formulation/publication of these activity rules and the related promotional actions (if any) are organized and implemented by the KameyMall platform. These rules are effective from their online publication

（1）Membership Level Growth and Benefits

1, KameyMall Membership Overview

You will become a KameyMall member once you sign up. The membership growth system includes 7 levels( VIP 0-VIP 6), which depend on growth point, the higher the point, the higher the grade.

①Your membership level is automatically arranged by the system.

②Your VIP level relies on the growth point and subsequently, your VIP level reflects on your designated discount.

2, Growth Point: VIP Level

Note:

Confirming receipt after completing a shopping process: After you received the parcel, please visit 'User Center' and click 'My Parcel' to update the parcel status. The shipping fee will be calculated to your Growth Point, where the total shipping fee is equal to the Growth Point. The parcel of “Confirm Receipt” and “Parcel Review” shall be sent to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, or overseas international addresses.

VIP0-VIP6 has ups and downs, the actual up and down depends on the growth point calculation formula.

Parcel submission record with growth point accumulation conditions in 3 consecutive months is 0, growth point will stay, from 4th month, the growth point will be lost 100 per month until the new parcel which is met the conditions submitted. Once placed an order and sent to Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan or an overseas address, whether this parcel is canceled or failed to sign for any reason, it will not have an effect on the submission of this order.

The settlement time of increasing growth point is after confirming receipt or Parcel Review, the reducing point will be checked automatically by the system on the 1st day of each month according to the parcel submitted record from the previous month.

When using K-coins to exchange for growth points, the exchange must be done level by level. Skipping levels for an upgrade is not permitted. Additionally, K-coins can only be used to exchange for up to 30% of the growth points required for each level.

3, Membership Level Benefits

You can earn growth point from consumption and other promotions.

Growth credits will accumulate at a 1:1 ratio based on the actual consumption of packages submitted by the user.

Value-Added Services include: Detailed Photography, Extended Product Storage, No-Reason Returns/Exchanges, Custom Purchases, Rapid Response, Second-Hand Purchasing, Priority Storage, Priority Shipping, Rehearsal Packaging, and more.

（3）How to determine my VIP level?

VIP membership level depends on growth point, and different grades correspond to different growth points, the higher the point, the higher the corresponding VIP level.

（4）How to view my VIP level?

After login, you can view your VIP level by clicking the VIP level icon at the side of your head portrait of ’Me’, after clicking it, then you will be in the detailed page of VIP member level.

（5）How to enjoy VIP privileges?

When you submit the settlement of the international parcel "waybill delivery order", you will enjoy The VIP privileges for shipping discount. The system will be conversed your discount on shipping automatically according to your VIP level

（6）How to view the corresponding privilege of my VIP level?

After entering the VIP detailed page by clicking the VIP icon, you can view the corresponding discount privilege of your current VIP level.

（7）Membership Promotion and Demotion
VIP levels 0 to 6 may be promoted or demoted based on the rules of growth point calculation.
The validity period of growth points is 365 days, effective from the date of acquisition. Points will automatically expire after 365 days.
Demotion settlement time: The system will automatically check and calculate parcel submission records for the previous 3 months at 00:00 on the 1st day of each month.
Membership upgrades will take effect immediately based on real-time changes in growth points, while membership demotions will be effective based on the calculation on the 1st day of the following month.
