The order has been closed, and the transaction has failed.

Cancelled

You cancel the submitted order before the shopping agent takes it. The refunds will be returned to your payment account.

Return Pending

You have submitted a return application. The shopping agent is negotiating a return with the seller.

Returning

The item has been sent back to the seller upon the seller’s consent, waiting for a refund from the seller.

The seller has refunded. The refund will be returned to your payment account.

Exchange Pending

You have submitted a exchange application. The shopping agent is negotiating a exchange with the seller.

Exchanging

The item has been shipped back to seller upon the seller’s consent, waiting for the seller to ship out the exchanged new item.

Expired

The storage period for the item expires or you have chosen to abandon the item. The system is notified and will process the item as overdue accordingly. (in this case, KameyMall will have the ownership of it)
