If you provide an inaccurate or wrong address, on the premise of not violating the mandatory requirements of relevant laws and regulations on personal information storage, we may use your previous waybill information to complete and correct such address, so as to avoid repeatedly confirming the address with the recipient/sender to ensure the parcel will be delivered safely and efficiently.
You shall undertake that: The products to which you entrust Kameymall to provide services and value-added services shall meet the export requirements of the country of origin and the import requirements of the country of destination. If there are any problems during the customs clearance due to the products themselves or false declaration, you shall bear the relevant losses. In the case that Kameymall suffers losses therefrom, you will compensate us.
I have carefully read and fully understood the relevant contents of this Service Agreement, and agree to follow the terms and conditions stated above.
Notes: Canada, and European customs are strict in package inspection. Business express such as DHL, and UPS, have a large chance to be taxed. The cost need to be paid by the recipient.
Kameymall will return the balance of the difference in time. It’s the real benefits to you and cost no extra money.
What is the estimated weight?
The estimated weight is the total weight according to which we calculate the shipment fee when you submit your order. When your product enters our warehouse, we will weigh it with its original packing. The weight of the entry record together with the weight of the carton we are going to pack your product with add up to the estimated weight. However, if you choose to remove the original packing when you submit your shipment order, the actual weight of your parcel will differ from the estimated one.
What is the real weight?
We will weigh the parcel after you submit the delivery order and carry out a second weighting on the encapsulation of your item's weight and packaging weight, which is the real weight. You can click on the details of the package to check the real weight after sending the parcel within 3 working days.
If the real weight is lighter than the estimated weight, the balance of the package will be returned to your personal cash account after sending the parcel within 3 working days.

The packaging weight is 2573 grams
No packaging weight is 2340 grams
Remove the packaging is about 233 grams
In the case above, the estimated weight was 2537 grams and the actual weight was 2340 grams (packaging removed), so the weight difference is 233 grams. For EMS, Preferential Line, and DHL, the first weight of a parcel is 500 grams. If 1 unit of after weight is 233 grams, you will be refunded based on the unit after weight. However, if the weight difference is lower than 233 grams (1 unit of after weight), you will not be refunded.
An example of choosing American line packet:
Estimated weight is 2573g, the international delivery fee =13+13*25+30=368 RMB; (1 first unit+25 continued units)
Real weight of 2340g, the international delivery fee =13+13*23+30=342g; (1 first unit +4 continued units)
Actual difference =368-342=26 (2 continued unit)
What is the volumetric weight?
Volumetric weight is one of the methods to calculate the weight of a light bulb in the transportation industry. Volumetric weight is to use a conversion formula to get the weight of the items. Charges are based on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight.

American line packet,American line packet (Batteries): The formula for calculating the volumetric weight = length cm * width cm * height cm/7000

Kindly remind: International freight will be based on the billing weight (the greater the actual weight and volume weight) of the parcel. if the billing weight exceeds the estimated weight buy more than 1 added weight unit (including 1 added weight unit). an order of supplementary payment will be generated by the system
Kameymall currently charges parcel freight per the rule of "collect estimated freight first, then refund for any overpayment or request a supplemental payment for any deficiency according to the actual freight charged by the logistics provider". To ensure your parcels will be shipped out as fast as possible, please see how we collect supplemental payments as follows:
1) If freight is charged by the logistics provider - estimated freight ≤ 5 additional weights, we will ship out your parcel right away (except for special cases).
2) If 6 additional weights ≤ freight charged by logistics provider - estimated freight ≤10 additional weights, we’ll lock your parcel and notify you via internal message. If no confirmation is from you in 3 days, the parcel will be shipped out normally.
3) If freight is charged by the logistics provider - estimated freight ≥11 additional weights, we’ll lock your parcel and notify you via internal message. If no confirmation is from you in 3 days, the parcel will be canceled.
4) For packet economy lines (lines with an additional weight below 10g), if freight is charged by the logistics provider - estimated freight ≥30 additional weights, we’ll lock your parcel and notify you via internal message. If no confirmation is from you in 3 days, the parcel will be canceled (we’ll ship it out even if you do not confirm on time if you’ve purchased packaging reinforcement service.)
Note: If we ship out your parcels that require supplemental payments, please pay in time via the payment form after shipment, so as to make sure your future parcels will be shipped out normally.
When the parcel’s estimated weight compared with the actual weight is beyond the forwarding heavy, the system will automatically refund your account balance within 1-3 working days after the delivery of the package.

The profits we get from our domestic logistics line barely cover the cost of logistics, warehousing, and labor. In order for customers to forward items to domestic China normally, We are under a lot of pressure and want to make sure that the majority of our users can still enjoy our fast and quality services, so we thought carefully and decided to make the following changes:
The service fee will be charged based on the number of sub-orders in a parcel, at 6 RMB per sub-order, excluding orders with restricted products that are marked as “Restricted”.

1.Logistics Carrier Process
The international parcel transportation process needs to go through: Kameymall warehouse packaging — logistics supplier collection — logistics supplier/airport security check — waiting for flight arrangement — flying abroad (may require transit) — airport processing center operation — customs clearance process — handed over to local delivery service — delivery process. All the above processes require time efficiency handling, and special goods will take longer in the customs clearance process. If your package does not update within the delivery period, please be patient and thank you for your understanding and support.
1)Delivery time: Calculated from the time your package status shows "shipped", the provided delivery time is a basic reference time. If there are special weather, customs, or logistics provider situations, it will have a greater impact on the delivery time, so please reserve enough time for receiving goods.
2)Freight billing rules: Some routes are calculated based on actual weight, and some routes will calculate volumetric weight. The charging standards for different types of routes sending to different countries will vary. 3.After-sales Compensation Rules
Kameymall controls and monitors the package transportation process in real-time. If there is an abnormality with the package, Kameymall will coordinate to the best of its ability, and for the losses brought to the customer, Kameymall will compensate according to the after-sales compensation rules. 4.Uncontrollable Factors in Logistics Delivery
International delivery professional service explanation: International delivery services involve many handovers and transits, and we cannot fully control the delivery time, item restrictions, customs duties, and other factors, but when encountering problems, Kameymall will make every effort to provide assistance.
Parcel forwarding compensation standards:
If your products are lost, lacking in quantity, damaged, or delayed during the shipment process due to reasons not in Kameymall's control, Kameymall is not responsible for compensation. For indirect and not actualized profit losses, we will also not be responsible for any compensation. Please see the “Insurance and Compensation of Parcels” for actual details.
